What to look at in the first 5 minutes
Open the website like a normal customer, ideally from a phone. Do not think like the owner — look at it as someone who arrived for the first time.
- is it clear within 5 seconds what you offer
- is the next-step button visible
- does the site feel overloaded
- does the page create trust
- is it easy to contact or fill in the form
- does the website feel slow or unstable
What often turns out weak
Even on a decent-looking site, weak points often remain: the first screen says too little, the CTA is buried, mobile reading is awkward, and the inquiry form feels like an extra barrier.
What to do if there are several issues
You do not need to fix everything blindly at once. It is better to understand what hurts most: speed, structure, CTA, form, or trust — and start with the biggest factor first.
