B2B / agency-to-agency delivery

Keep the client relationship. Add the technical delivery your project needs.

Vectora handles WordPress, landing pages, forms, tracking, analytics and targeted technical work when the task sits outside your core expertise or current capacity.

No mandatory call. A URL, short brief, Figma link or existing recommendation is enough for the first review.

When Vectora fits

When the client task reaches beyond your core work

You do not need to build an internal development function every time a client needs technical implementation next to your own expertise.

PPC / Google Ads

The campaign is ready, but the landing page, form or conversion tracking needs developer work.

How the work splits: You keep campaign strategy and optimisation. Vectora handles the website-side implementation.

SEO

The recommendations are ready, but the client needs safe implementation inside an existing WordPress site.

How the work splits: You keep SEO priorities. Vectora implements the agreed technical work.

Design / Branding

The layouts are approved, but you need reliable WordPress implementation without building an internal dev team.

How the work splits: You keep design direction. Vectora handles responsive implementation.

Consulting / Fractional

The strategy is clear, but the recommendation still needs to become a working page, form or tracking flow.

How the work splits: You keep business direction. Vectora builds the required technical layer.

Agency overflow

The project fits your agency, but your team temporarily lacks capacity or a specific technical skill.

How the work splits: Vectora joins a defined part of delivery without taking over the account.

The core trust principle

You stay in control of the client relationship

Bringing in a technical specialist should not create a second sales relationship you then have to manage. The communication model is agreed before work starts.

Behind the scenes
Client↔Partner↔Vectora
Shared delivery
Client↔Partner + Vectora
Direct — only when agreed
Partner defines role→Vectora ↔ Client
The relationship stays yours

Vectora does not use delivery access as an opportunity to replace the partner or become the client’s main provider.

Communication is agreed first

Through you, shared, or direct only within a defined task.

No unrelated upselling

We do not start pitching additional Vectora services to your client outside the agreed work.

White-label is available

Vectora can stay fully behind the scenes when the project requires it.

NDA when needed

Confidentiality can be formalised before materials or access are shared.

Scope boundaries stay clear

A newly discovered issue does not become new work without explicit discussion and approval.

Ways to work together

One technical partner. Different ways to involve us.

You do not need to choose one permanent partnership model. The working model can change from project to project.

How it works

Delivery process

A technical task should not require complicated onboarding

We start with the actual task, not with a long partnership-program presentation.

01

Share the task

A URL, short description, Figma link or recommendation is enough for the first review.

02

We check the fit

What actually needs changing, what should stay untouched and what access is required.

03

Scope + estimate

We agree responsibility, communication model, scope and cost.

04

Implementation

Vectora works only on the agreed technical part.

05

Verification

We test the relevant flow: mobile, forms, tracking, links or other key behaviour.

06

Handoff

You receive the result with a concise summary of what changed and what was verified.

Proof

What this looks like in real work

Not a portfolio wall — examples that demonstrate controlled delivery, work inside existing systems and measurement awareness.

Existing WordPress

EPION: dozens of service pages and two language versions were improved through staging and a reference structure without treating a rebuild as the default.

Partner signal: Vectora can enter a large existing website and work inside the system.
Conversion measurement

For Vectora’s own Google Ads infrastructure, direct conversion tracking was implemented while GA4 generate_lead remained Secondary to prevent duplicate primary counting.

PPC partner signal: website implementation is treated as part of the measurement chain.
Lead capture & integrations

In a legal-services project, forms were connected to structured handling, Telegram and analytics rather than being treated as a static contact page.

Consultant / CRM partner signal: Vectora can own the technical layer between inquiry and working systems.
Legacy constraints

For MYSTANG, changes were designed around the existing identity and older WordPress environment without forcing a broad rebuild for the sake of “modernisation”.

Agency signal: Vectora is comfortable working inside real-world legacy constraints.
Operating model

Predictable delivery matters more than agency promises

Clear scope

Before implementation, responsibility and expected result are clear.

Preserve what works

Existing code or structure is not replaced simply because another approach exists.

Evidence before assumptions

We verify the problem before recommending a change.

Async-first

Written scope, updates and handoff; calls only when they genuinely help.

Verify before handoff

We test the customer or system flow the implementation is supposed to support.

Start with one task

You do not need to join a “partnership program” first. Share one technical task. If the delivery works well for both sides, future projects become easier.

Not sure where the technical break is?

For a PPC or marketing partner, a simple entry point can be one client lead flow — without turning the relationship into an audit product.

Traffic→Landing→CTA→Form→Tracking→Conversion
